50,000 prayer mats, attar bottles to be distributed among pilgrims

The Haji Muhammad Ayub Seoharvi Welfare Organization will be distributing 50,000 prayer mats and an equal number of scent bottles among pilgrims during this year’s Haj season. Besides, the Jeddah-based organization will also provide necessary assistance to the needy and aged pilgrims, senior official of the organization Bahjat Ayub Zinjani (Najmi) said here in a press release.

1.14 million heads of sheep to imported for sacrifice in Haj

More than 1.14 million heads of sheep will be imported shortly to meet the sacrificial requirements of pilgrims who come for Haj this year, said Dr. Omar Al-Faqeeh, director general of the Environment, Water and Agriculture Ministry’s branch office in the Makkah province.

Pilgrimage planning for Hajj season unveiled

JEDDAH: The Presidency of the Two Holy Mosques started implementing its plan for the pilgrimage season this year, which lasts for two months from the beginning of the current Dhul Qadah month until the end of Dhu Al-Hijjah.
