MADINAH — Mauritanian President Mohamed Ould Cheikh Ghazouani and his accompanying delegation paid a visit on Tuesday to Prophet Mohammed’s Mosque in Islam's second holiest city of Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah, where they performed prayers.

The Mauritanian President also greeted the Prophet (peace be upon him) and his two companions, may Allah Almighty be pleased with them.

Upon arrival at the Prophet's Mosque, he was received by a number of officials of the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Prophet's Mosque. — SPA
