Elaf Group, the leading hospitality, travel and tourism brand in Saudi Arabia, has signed a memorandum of understanding with RezLive.com, a leading business-to-business travel distribution platform.

According to the agreement, both parties will explore the possibility of establishing a new Umrah services company.

The agreement comes as part of Elaf Group’s new strategy aimed at expanding its presence in the local travel, tourism and hospitality market. It reflects their ongoing commitment to serving pilgrims, both inside the Kingdom and outside.

Elaf Group CEO Dr. Adel Ezzat said the new company would undoubtedly serve as a valuable addition to the Kingdom’s Umrah sector through its dedication to enhancing the overall experiences of pilgrims and those visiting the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah. He said the agreement would see both parties develop and manage an advanced e-platform dedicated to providing guests with Umrah travel services.

Dr. Adel Ezzat highlighted RezLive.com’s status as one of the world’s leading travel services companies with one of the largest global travel platforms. With this in mind, Elaf Group is set to benefit greatly from the company’s knowledge and expertise in travel distribution and technology as they work to upgrade and enhance the services provided to guests both inside and outside the Kingdom.

RezLive CEO Jaal Shah expressed great satisfaction in his firm’s cooperation with Elaf Group, one of the leading companies in the Kingdom’s tourism and hospitality industry. The cooperation aims to establish a new tourism company that comes as part of RezLive's continuous efforts to enrich the experience of its guests and clients.

“We will use our long experience and in-depth knowledge to work together and achieve the group’s objectives and support its expansion ambitions. We are honored that this strategic cooperation will also have a role in achieving the ambitious goals of Saudi Vision 2030,” said Shah.
