MADINAH — The Assisting Agency for Languages and Translation provides its services for visitors of the Prophet’s Mosque through guiding and instructing them and answering their inquiries in several locations at the yards of the Prophet’s Mosques.

This is in addition to providing the direct field communication service with visitors of the mosque for non-speakers of Arabic.

The agency is keen on offering translation services and benefiting from suggestions through interpreters who are present in several locations at yards.

They communicate with visitors in more than 10 languages, such as English, Urdu, Farsi, Chinese, Bengali, Russian, and Turkish, among others.

The number of beneficiaries from these communication services exceed 1,000 people per day throughout the holy month of Ramadan. — SPA
