Muslims on Sunday performed the blessed Eid Al-Fitr prayer at the Grand Holy Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque amid the necessary precautionary and preventive measures which are being followed in other prayers in the Two Holy Mosques to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

THE decision on whether Malaysians are allowed to perform the haj this year will be announced after Hari Raya Aidilfitri, said Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Religious Affairs), Datuk Seri Dr Zulkifli Mohamad Al-Bakri.He said Malaysia was still waiting for the official announcement from Saudi Arabia before making a decision on the matter.
