Dr. Shafi’s non-profit organization MGHN recently collaborated with the Telangana Hajj committee on a pilot project that involved accumulation of Medical history of every Hajj pilgrim from Hyderabad. The project is a first of its kind initiative in India, the purpose of this endeavor is to provide medical aid to pilgrims who fall sick during their stay in Saudi Arabia.
