Saudi Arabia’s Zamzam water initative launched for Hajj

DUBAI: The undersecretary of the Hajj Ministry for Religious Affairs, Hussein Al-Sharif, sponsored “Al-Zamzami Al Sagheer” initiative and program launched by Al-Zamazema office. The Spokesperson of the Al-Zamazema office, Amir bin Faisal Obaid, said that the initiative will provide Zamzam water to pilgrims.

King Salman to host 1,000 Sudanese pilgrims 

RIYADH: King Salman has issued an order to host 1,000 pilgrims from Sudan to perform Hajj, the Saudi Press Agency reported on Sunday. According to the directive, the 1,000 pilgrims will perform Hajj within the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Guests Program for Hajj and Umrah, implemented and supervised by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance.

Saudi Arabia’s Hajj Health Adviser program to serve pilgrims

JEDDAH: The Ministry of Health is starting implementation of its annual program “Hajj Health Adviser,” in line with the ministry’s aim to protect the health and safety of pilgrims, citizens and residents. The program seeks to provide them with medical advice and guidance through the 937 Service Center and the ministry’s account on Twitter, @saudimoh.

Indonesian Hajj pilgrims arrive in Jeddah

JEDDAH: The second phase of Indonesian Hajj pilgrims started landing in Jeddah with the arrival of a 455-strong contingent from Makasar’s Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in South Sulawesi. Ministry warns against fake Haj establishments

The ministry has urged the citizens and expatriates not to be lured by deceptive advertisements on social media. They should report immediately any office, company or establishment claiming to provide services to domestic pilgrims outside the e-portal for domestic pilgrims, Saudi Press Agency reported on Saturday.
