If a motorist leaves the vehicle in the parking area for more than seven minutes without paying, he or she will be fined accordingly. According to Makkah daily, an employee making rounds in the parking areas will photograph the plate numbers of vehicles parked without paying. If the car remained in the same parking slot without paying after seven minutes, the driver will be fined immediately.

Jabal Omar Development Company (JODC), a real estate developer in the Kingdom, and Samaya Investment Company have signed an agreement to rent a commercial space for establishing an Islamic and cultural museum.
